This is long cucumber from Abruzzo and much favoured by Italians. A prolific producer of mild, light-green fruit about 25cm long with ribs. Add to salads, and for Asian food as well. Packet of 3g contains about 90 seeds. Sow 5-6 seeds in a hill spaced 10cm apart after soil is very warm. Does very well on a trellis by planting a seed every 5cm and then thinning to 1 plant per 15cm.
