Small green cucumber up to 10cm long and one of the first cucumbers to produce fruit, and it continues to produce over a long season. Use fresh or for pickles. Packet contains 5g seed for about 150 seeds. If using transplants, start about 3 weeks before the set out date which should not be before the soil has warmed up well and the weather settled down. Put five seeds in a 15cm pot; and select the best three. Cucumbers resent root disturbance so transplant carefully. Place plants 1m apart in rows 2m apart.
