Solid, red, smooth heading cabbage. Large and well flavoured with a fine red colour that develops best in the cooler weather. Plant in fertile soil with a pH on the alkaline side so treat with lime if necessary. Use 3 year crop rotation to avoid disease. 8 grams for about 1000 seeds
